Adam Lindsay Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 I have attached 2 screenshots from the same scene at the same time of day (11:30pm)... One has rain and one does not. Without rain 11:30pm seems way too bright (terrain and water). With the rain, it seems more realistically dark. Where can I make adjustments to get the scene to have the right level of darkness? Is this just related to the moon phase / brightness, need for more clouds at night, or am I missing a configuration somewhere. I am attempting to make it more of a horror atmosphere. I will probably end up going with rain but, I would like to understand why it is so bright without rain. (Edit) Running Gaia 2021 Pro Built-in rendering pipeline with Unity 2021.3.11f1 (Synty Nature Biome)
Bryan Posted October 8, 2022 Posted October 8, 2022 We are aware of the issue and we are looking to get it fixed!
Peter Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 Hi @Adam Lindsay have you tried to reduce the brightness by adjusting the general exposure curve during nighttime? This should allow you to influence the brightness to your liking.
