Waiting for unityeditor.coremodule.dll forever

Guys,

when randomizing stamps I run into this situation a lot:

If it works this step takes less than 1 second. If it does not work it will run likely forever. Usually I  get tired of it after some minutes, but I had it running for as long as 10 minutes. The only way out is to kill unity through task manager. At hat time I usually (9 out of 10 times) notice that the memory used by unity is in excess of 10 GB, while it is ussually around 3GB.

Any work around to reduce that problem in frequency? Currently I get this like twice an hour or more often depending how often I randomize stamps.

I have seen this happening as well, although not in that spot. I just tried to randomize stamps a couple of times, and I only see it flashing up briefly (as you described as well) From my knowledge it comes somewhere out of the integration between unity and Visual Studio / C# and anything surrounding that.
